One of the priority tasks of the Company in accordance with the adopted Health, Safety and Environmental Policy of the Operator is preservation of favorable environment and rational use of natural resources in strict and full compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the best recognized international practices in the oil and gas industry.

The purpose of environmental monitoring carried out by the Company is to assess the state of the environment, flora and fauna in the course of oil and gas operations for subsequent analysis of the impact of ongoing oil and gas operations, as well as to provide stakeholders with reliable information about the state of the environment in the area of ​​the Company's operations.

Every year, the Company, in accordance with the Program approved and agreed with the stakeholders, conducts comprehensive studies of the quality of the atmospheric air, surface and ground waters, soils and grounds, radiation conditions, flora and fauna in the Contract area.

The results of environmental monitoring are published in the form of annual reviews of the state of the environment in the area of ​​the Company's production activities.
