Work Experience:
- at least 5 years of work experience in performing engineering and technical tasks in oil and gas industry, as well as at least 1 year of work experience in senior positions.

Must know:
- regulatory methodological materials related to production and economic activities;
- grid code;
- rules for the use and testing of protective equipment used in electrical installations, technical requirements for them;
- safety regulations for operation of electrical installations,
- rules for electrical installations;


Main job duties:
- bears full responsibility for ensuring safe working conditions at his/her site. Constantly monitors execution of issued orders, implementation of measures and instruction acts of inspecting bodies.
- ensures control over the quality and scope of work performed on repair and maintenance of electrical equipment.
- participates in presentation of claims with execution of an act, in cases of poor-quality and untimely performance of work by contracting (service) organizations.
- ensures collection, calculation and transmission of data on power consumption.
- organizes timely conduct of preventive tests of electrical equipment and installations and relay protection devices in accordance with planned preventative repair schedule (hereinafter referred to as PPR).
- takes part in drawing up the PPR schedule for power equipment.
- maintains as-built documentation in accordance with the approved list.
- participates in preparation of annual and current orders for equipment and materials of the section.
- participates in preparation of punch lists for repair of power equipment.
- participates in implementation of new equipment and process in the electrical facilities of the section, which contributes to an increase in labor productivity and more reliable, economical and safe operation of electrical equipment and installations.
- participates in organization of technical record keeping of power consumption.
- ensures proper organization and safe conduct of technological processes and performance of work in accordance with approved projects, process regulations, plans, requirements of safety rules and standards.
- ensures maintenance of workplaces, passages, driveways, production and auxiliary premises, sanitary engineering facilities in accordance with the requirements of safety rules and standards.
- takes measures to equip production facilities and provide workers with the necessary protective equipment, fire-fighting equipment, devices and appliances in accordance with requirements of safety rules and standards.
- together with the heads of sections, develops new and revises the existing instructions for the safe conduct of work.
- participates in organization and development of measures for labor protection, improvement and sanitation of working conditions. Represents the management the specific measures for labor protection, improvement of working conditions for their inclusion in relevant plans. Organizes and implements the timely conduct of planned activities.
- informs the management about an accident, participates in providing first aid to victims, takes measures to maintain the situation at the workplace and the condition of equipment as they were at the time of the accident (if this does not threaten the life and health of the surrounding workers and does not cause any accident).
- monitors compliance with the rules of labor and production discipline by employees.
- organizes implementation of measures to prevent and eliminate accidents, catastrophes and natural disasters, civil defense, mobilization training.
- takes measures to eliminate and localize accidents and fires, to provide first aid to victims of accidents and timely inform relevant authorities.
- checks the parameters of relay protection and automation in different climatic conditions;
- carries out measurements and calculations of all complex dielectric characteristics of insulating materials and conducts long-term tests of insulating materials in conditions of high humidity, high and low temperatures;
- performs adjustment and setting of equipment of high accuracy classes;
- organizes and conducts tests, measurements, verification of operation and recording technical parameters and eliminates malfunctions in the circuits and devices of electrical equipment of electrical installations;
- organizes and carries out verification and tests of electronic equipment units;
