Duties:
• Manages ML personnel in the process of fulfilling the assigned tasks.
• Implementation of metrological examination of design documentation developed for construction.
• Participation in preparation of technical assignments for engineering and in development of methods and procedures for metrological testing of measuring instruments and measuring systems, as well as their preparation for attestation and certification in accordance with regulations and standards of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
• Monitoring the condition and correctness of installation, setting and use of measuring instruments, technical acceptance of measuring instruments.
• Coordination of activities of contractors aimed at ensuring the quality of work. Acceptance of works.
• Development of requirements for necessary equipment and spare parts in accordance with the project plan and the scope of expected work;
• Manages preparation of projects and plans for implementation of new measuring equipment, organizational and technical measures to improve production efficiency, improve metrological service, means and methods of measurement, control and testing
• Participates in ongoing research on automation of production processes related to the use of measuring instruments
• Preparation of documentation for ordering the necessary equipment and spare parts;
• Monitoring the status of orders and work with procurement department to get orders on time;
• Installation, maintenance and control of work, repair of equipment attached to it;
• Implementation of control over equipping the process with all the measuring instruments provided for by regulations, compliance of measuring instruments and methods used at the company with requirements for compliance with specified production modes and product quality;
• Ensuring introduction of modern means and methods of measurement, as well as carrying out work on assessment of measurement errors;
• Ensures implementation of interaction with the territorial bodies of Uzstandard Agency on issues of metrological production service. Draws up and coordinates with them the schedules for calibration of used measuring instruments. Provides assistance to authorized representatives of the Agency in carrying out state metrological control and supervision. Eliminates shortcomings in the metrological service identified by Uzstandard Agency and the superior metrological service;
• Ensuring compilation of local accuracy charts, establishing the optimal frequency and development of calendar schedules for verification of measuring instruments;
• Control of correct and reliable accounting of natural resources through analysis of archival data of measuring instruments;
• Other management assignments related to the specialist's activities.
• Interacts with the bodies of Uzstandard Agency on issues related to organization of calibration, verification, attestation, certification of measuring instruments, accreditation of metrological laboratories, as well as on other issues related to the metrological production service.

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in oil and gas industry;
• Work experience in an engineering position for at least 5 years;
• Work experience in implementation of installation, commissioning and startup of at least 5 years;
• Experience in engineering process facilities for oil and gas and gas chemical industries is welcome;
• Knowledge of legislative, regulatory, methodological and legal acts in the field of metrology, standardization and certification;
• Knowledge of standards and other regulatory documents on metrological attestation of products, repair, adjustment, verification, alignment and storage of measuring instruments;
• Knowledge of rules for installation and operation of measuring instruments;
• Knowledge of procedure and methods for planning work on metrological control and metrological support of production;
Ability to work with international calibration standards and methods and apply them in his/her work on metrological support of production;
