Lead Specialist of Civil Engineering and Architecture

Key job responsibilities:

·      Considers and ensures implementation of the process of review and approval of developed design and estimate documentation for civil and architecture of gas processing plant, in strict accordance with approved design procedures and rules, and the approved project implementation schedule;

·      In the course of review and approval of design estimates, interacts with EPC Contractor and Engineering Contractor/Subcontractors in order to ensure the required scopes and terms of engineering in strict accordance with the approved project implementation schedule;

·      Provides consulting and explanatory technical support to Contractor/Subcontractors on engineering issues within the scope of civil and architecture of gas processing plant, within the scope of existing approved design specifications, requirements of current rules and regulations, as well as standards of the Republic of Uzbekistan and applicable international standards;

·      Participates in technical evaluation of vendors of equipment and materials within the scope of civil and architecture. Supervises the technical part of procurement of equipment and materials in accordance with the requirements of design specifications;

·      Prepares information, analytical data, reports on results of work performed during development of design and estimate documentation within the scope of civil and architecture, and provides to the line and/or functional manager

Key Requirements:

·     Higher technical education (preferably – Civil);

Ø Experience:

·     in the discipline for at least 8 years

·     in the oil and gas industry for at least 6 years;

Must know:

·     Legation, governing and regulatory documents of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the main international codes and rules in terms of civil and architecture during engineering and construction of industrial and civil facilities;

       

·     Requirements for content, procedure for development, coordination and approval of design documentation, in accordance with the established codes and requirements, fulfilled by an engineer during engineering of a part of civil engineering and architecture of industrial and civil facilities;

·     Software, graphic complexes and systems, as well as methods for carrying out all basic engineering calculations used in engineering of civil and the architecture of industrial facilities;

·     Current state and trends in the field of civil engineering and architecture during engineering and construction of industrial and civil facilities;

               Requirements and rules for performance of construction work at the construction site, as well as operation of buildings and structures for gas processing industries.
