At least 5 years of corresponding work experience;
Russian and English languages proficiency (both verbal and written);
Computer literacy and ability to use as software as MS Word, Excel, MS Project, Internet Explorer;
High degree precision in operations, developed work ethics.
Main job duties:
Monitoring and management of Operators’ contracts during its implementation, its implementation follow-up up to preparation of delivery and acceptance documents;
Participation in definition of volumes and payment terms for goods, works and services under controlled contracts for avoidance of incorrect payments;
Control over contracts expenses for avoidance of costs overrun and compliance with expenditures of stated Operators budget in accordance with Annual Work Program and Budget;
Control over delivery terms under the contracts for avoidance of additional expenses including expenses for standbys, examination of invoices and other documents related to delivered goods, works and services;
Preparation of payment requests under the contracts and examination of compliance of all corresponding documents provided by the Contractors (invoices, performed works certificates, etc.) With contract terms;
Assistance to user departments in conduction of start-up meetings under the contracts, in resolution of disputed occurring with contractors;
Correspondence (negotiations) with suppliers on all matters related to procurement, tracking of contractors counter actions, control over placement of procurement orders from successful suppliers in line with Operators’ stated procedures;
Preparation of documentation, obtaining of required endorsements and approvals for signing of supplementary agreements;
Storage of all required documentation for current Operator’s contracts;
Preparation, consolidation and record keeping of all Operator’s contracts (information on contractors, subcontractors, status, expenses, terms, supplementary agreements, etc.).
